“This historic hotel benefits from its enviable location near Ilkley Moor, coupled with comfortable rooms and spa facilities that underwent recent renovations; that's a combination that definitely caught my attention. Though some past guests noted noise from events, the hotel presents a cost-effective option, particularly appealing given its proximity to local attractions and transport links. wonderful staff excellent food large rooms inaccessible room steep stairs hotel layout
the staff were wonderful and very cute. the food was more than excellent with great evening meals and breakfast. the bedding, mattress and pillows were fantastic, and the rooms are large, we loved that.
I arrived and was told that the booked room wasn't fully accessible from the lift! from the 2nd floor, i had to go out onto the landing and descend some stairs. I then went up some steep stairs. i think craiglands should work to accurately reflect the layout of the hotel.
